Welcome to the second edition of the Cherrywood Village community series. In this issue, we will share some exciting news following the official launch of Cherrywood Village in early October 2020.
Cherrywood Village’s Marketing Suite
To visualise the concept of Cherrywood Village, we have made an extensive effort in building an on-site exhibition hub with informative maps, 3D models and showcase videos to allow visitors and future potential residents to experience first hand what Cherrywood Village will offer. In addition to visiting the exhibition hub, visitors can also book an 1-on-1 tour with our sales agents to see the site and visit the established amenities such as Beckett Park, Tully Park and greenways.
Unfortunately, due to the new Covid restrictions, the exhibition hub has been temporarily closed to the public but will resume as soon as reasonably feasible. In the meantime you will now have the ability to experience the masterplan virtually through Matterport technology allowing visitors to explore the exhibition hub via a guided tour with our agents Sherry FitzGerald from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Cherrywood Village – This Is Where…
Along with the official masterplan launch, we released our TV Ad, titled “This Is Where…” on Sky channels, Youtube and social media platforms. “This Is Where…” offers a first glimpse of the future lifestyle on offer at Cherrywood Village.
This is where you can enjoy all the advantages of suburb living whilst never being too far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For growing families, this is where schools are just around the corner and a wide range of amenities are available on your doorstep.
Beckett Park received accolades at the Irish Landscape Institute Awards 2020
In October 2020, we were also delighted to hear that Beckett Park had been named ‘Winner of the Public Parks Category in the Irish Landscape Institute Awards 2020’. Designed by Hines and Murray & Associates, Beckett Park is an integral part of Cherrywood Village’s landscape. This 11-acre public park is a multi-use recreational space including all-weather sports pitch, tennis courts, paths and jogging tracks, playground, boules courts, multi-use games area and sports pavilion.
Together with Ticknick Park and Tully Park, Beckett Park plays a major part in establishing a sustainable community at Cherrywood Village. The future best-connected village in Ireland will have over 27 acres of open space and green links, enabling people to live their best lives.
